At Lustlov, we strive to process and dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders received after the cut-off time on Friday of 1pm will be dispatched on the following Monday. If you require a Saturday delivery, please order before 12pm on a Friday..

Returns

At LustLov, we want you to be totally thrilled with your new pleasure products. But we know that sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. No judgement, no questions asked - we just want you to be happy! To get started on your return, send an email to our customer service team at returns@lustlov.co.uk and include your order number, the name of the item you're returning, and the reason for the return. We'll send you all the details on how to ship the item back to us.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging - we can't accept returns on items that have been, ahem, "loved," unless the product is faulty. If your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team right away and we'll work with you to make it right. If we determine that the item is indeed faulty, you can return it to us regardless of whether it's been used or not. One important thing to note: we can't cover the cost of return shipping, but we do recommend using a trackable shipping service to make sure your package gets back to us safely. Once we receive your return, we'll check it out to make sure everything is in order, and then issue your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment, and may take a little extra time to show up on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
